The Substance Abuse Initiative of Greater Cleveland (SAI) is committed to raising community awareness of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use and prevention strategies. We also address related issues such as neighborhood revitalization and crime. Through our community network, SAI facilitates programming to encourage safer communities in which to live, work and play.
